Rapidly-Growing Global Real Estate Firm to Expand Its Market Share on Mercer Island; New Office Location Integrates Area’s First-Ever Boutique Retail Concept
Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty announced today the opening of the company’s seventh branch office in the Puget Sound region and its integration with The Home Collaborative, Mercer Island’s first boutique retail concept. The new office branch will be led by real estate brokers, entrepreneurs, and The Home Collaborative founders, Tammy Gwinn and Lindsey Bundy, in their new roles as Founding Directors. Washington resident experts Robyn Kimura Hsu and Natalie Debray of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty will also join the office as Founding Members.
“Having raised our three boys on Mercer Island, Dean and I have always hoped to open a branch office here,” said Stacy Jones, co-owner and Chief People Officer of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. “Our strategic alignment with The Home Collaborative presented a timely opportunity to expand our market presence and provide an innovative business space for our team. The addition is well-timed for anticipated growth in the area with the commencement of business interests throughout King County.”
“Bringing together The Home Collaborative and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty will provide our brokers and clients with exclusive advantages, including access to a network that is globally recognized and trusted,” added Bundy, who has been appointed as the Managing Broker for the new branch office. “This evolution enables us to better serve our clients and their home buying needs. Whether that next address is around the corner or around the globe, we’re here to help.”
“I want to extend a warm welcome to the new members of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty on Mercer Island and congratulate the team on 10 years of operation in Washington,” said Philip White, president and CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty. “We look forward to your continued success in the Puget Sound region in the many years ahead.”
White joined RSIR twice-monthly broker’s sales call to personally offer his congratulations, adding, “that’s the great thing about Sotheby’s International Realty, we’ve been able to take our time and be selective, choose the right people that represent the brand. And I think with the addition of Tammy and Lindsey and their team and such a great market on Mercer Island, that’s what I’m the most proud of.”
The new office branch serves an important role for executive relocation, move-down empty-nesters, and new developments, as well as an audience for second homes in destination markets in the U.S. and internationally. It is located at 7605 SE 76th Street, Suite 102 on Mercer Island, WA.
“The nationally-ranked school system, approachable lifestyle, and close proximity to two major job centers will continue to be a draw that will only be furthered by the new LINK Light Rail connections nearing completion,” said Dean Jones, co-owner and CEO of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. “We are pleased to be advising on new developments, both in single-family and multi-family, which are both in demand.”
The new Mercer Island branch office is established within the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and throughout the Sotheby’s International Realty brand’s global network. The public opening will await directions from the COVID-19 guidelines and Phase Two confirmation for King County by Governor Jay Inslee. The company plans to announce additional brokers and new development projects once the branch is officially open.
