Owners of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) announced today the recent appointment of a several executive management positions for the fast-growing global real estate brand. Stacy Jones, co-owner alongside Dean Jones, the firm’s Chief Executive Officer, was appointed to Chief People Officer. Stacia Smith was appointed to Chief Sales Officer and Designated Broker presiding over more than 220 brokers in five offices including downtown Seattle, Madison Park, Bainbridge Island, Kirkland and Issaquah. Executive Advisor Ryan Hodgson was appointed to Chief Operating Officer. Denise Seavitt was appointed to interim Branch Manager of the Eastside Gateway Branch in Kirkland alongside Vicki Jackson and Hilary Long as Eastside Assisting Brokers. Dave Janssens was appointed to Issaquah Branch Manager alongside Jason Gibbons as Issaquah Assisting Broker. The executive team also formally established a New Developments Division, independent of the resale operations, and appointed April Madsen as New Developments Director and Krista Dunn as New Developments Manager. A New Developments Preview Center is currently under construction at 2715 1st Avenue in downtown Seattle with a bounty of projects in the pipeline.

“I feel so fortunate to work alongside this extraordinary team of professionals to lead the next evolution of RSIR,” said Dean Jones. “As we celebrate our eighth anniversary since engaging with the Sotheby’s International Realty network I look back on how far we’ve come with great pride and I look forward with tremendous excitement about our trajectory.”

Jones points to a recent Trendgraphix report demonstrating RSIR is the fastest-growing firm for year-over-year production during the first half of 2018 when compared to the top ten largest brands. According to NWMLS data, RSIR has increased its sales volume by nearly 30% to more than $1.6 billion in sales for the trailing 12 months as of June 30th, 2018. The relatively modest number of brokers consistently garner the highest listing production on a per-broker basis when compared with their most immediate peer group. To better serve their growth, RSIR is currently under construction with branch office expansion in the corporate headquarters located in Belltown, in the new Seattle Flagship Branch and within its Eastside Gateway Branch in Kirkland. The firm also recently doubled the size of its Madison Park annex offices. RSIR leadership is more focused than ever on corporate culture and broker-centric support.

“We will never lose sight of our roots — it’s all about our people and the company we keep,” adds Stacy Jones. “No app is going to replace the care or creativity that comes from a world-class marketing enterprise or truly global exposure for which our brand is synonymous. That said, we are always open to innovation and will soon announce new tools, an all-new website and dynamic retail environments — not just new places to work but new ways to work.”
