Publication Honors Up-and-Coming Business Leaders on Seattle’s Eastside
Alex Gray, broker with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty and member of The Gray Team, was included in 425 Business Magazine’s “30 Under 30” list for 2019, an annual run in the print and digital publication to honor young business leaders in Seattle’s Eastside neighborhoods. Gray was recognized for his unique approach to business including a refined global market strategy, work in business development and project management for Concierge Auctions, and a transition into residential real estate that brought him back to the Pacific Northwest to align with his mother Becky Gray, a veteran real estate agent and senior global advisor.
“I am honored to be included on this list with fellow esteemed young professionals in our area. I operate on a mantra of honesty and generosity in my business, and it’s great to see others doing the same,” reflected Alex Gray. “It’s also wonderful to see what other people are doing to spark inspiration and innovation throughout our community.”
Each year, 425 Business Magazine selects 30 leaders under 30 who are making a difference in the community and are thriving in their respective industries. This year’s honorees range in age from 17 to 29 and come from diverse backgrounds spanning wealth management, real estate, and tech startups, to retail, service work, design and more.
Raised in Medina, Washington, Alex’s previous role with Concierge Auctions took him around the world across North America, Asia, South America, Australia, and the South Pacific. After spending four years refining a skillset in global marketing and sales, he shifted his attention back to Washington state. In his time as a residential real estate agent, Gray has worked with local and global buyers and sellers to achieve favorable results in the Puget Sound market.
“Alex has served as an integral member of The Gray Team, quickly aligning with the global platform of the brand, bringing in his own set of international contacts, and providing well-honed market knowledge to represent clients in the greater Seattle area,” added Becky Gray. “It is a true privilege to work with him and I extend the warmest congratulations to him and the other 2019 honorees.”
Alongside his business acumen, Gray was also commended for his strong community involvement, which includes a role on the Leadership Board of The Collective, fundraising initiatives to support Cancer Care Alliance, Adopt-A-Street and more.
All “30 Under 30” honorees will be celebrated on Thursday, September 5 at the W Hotel in Bellevue from 6pm to 9pm. Additional event details are available here.
