Fast-Growing Global Real Estate Firm Joins Top 10 Largest Realty Brands in Puget Sound

Executives of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) announced today the opening of a new Issaquah Branch Office located in the Meadows Shopping Center at 1640 NW Gilman Boulevard – Suite B4, Issaquah Washington 98027. This new operation joins existing branch offices in downtown Seattle, Bainbridge Island and Kirkland.

“We are excited to be operating in Issaquah, proudly serving the greater Eastside region in conjunction with our top-producing brokers and employees throughout the Puget Sound area,” says Dean Jones, President and CEO for RSIR. “We observe several trends making this expansion a strategic move for our growing firm while bringing the many advantages of our brand to the local clientele. We look forward to joining the community and building our business organically as we have in the other markets we entered.”

Jones suggests that relative affordability; preferred commuting to job centers; and renowned education are contributing factors to rising homebuyer demand in the area leading RSIR to expand along the I-90 corridor. The popular area has witnessed increased median home prices east of Lake Sammamish (NWMLS Area #540) growing by 14-percent year-over-year. Jones believes these trends combined with available land means new construction is on the horizon. As interest in second homes improve, RSIR will also service recreational properties east of King County and in Eastern Washington.

RSIR has grown substantially since commencing operations in 2010 and has arrived among the top ten largest real estate brands in Puget Sound, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal and NWMLS research. In addition to serving all property types and price points, the firm has played a leading role in exposing the region to international homebuyers and foreign direct investment.

“I believe global is the new local,” adds Jones. “The right broker makes all the difference in the world.”
