By RSIR Staff |

Executives from Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) and Jocovine Bistro & Events jointly announced a featured event called Raise Your Vibe 2025, to be held at the venue located at 10237 Main Street in downtown Bellevue, WA on Sunday, November 24, 2024. Visit this link to RSVP.

This event announcement is timed with Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, on November 19th, an initiative that aims to empower women globally. Over the years, WEDO, Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization, has gained international recognition, with events and activities taking place in various countries to celebrate the achievements of women in business.

Raise Your Vibe 2025 will inspire health, wealth, beauty, fashion, and wellness during the approaching season of giving as the collective kicks off the holiday shopping with this curated pop-up exhibition represented by women-owned businesses. A portion of ticket and retail sales will benefit Mary’s Place by centering equity and opportunity for women and families.

“We are very excited to host this timely event to support the local community,” said Andrea Lopez, the General Manager of Jocovine Bistro & Events. “We anticipate approximately 100 guests for the brunch and preferred access to the retail shopping experience followed by an afternoon happy hour that will be open to the public.”

More than 30 local brands will be represented with special musical guests Victoria Contreras and Jennifer Rae. The morning begins with a group meditation led by Catherine Grace O’Connell, a fitting with Yomisma resort wear, and a preview of an upcoming (and sold out) TEDx speech by Liz Galloway entitled: UnlimiTED: Reinventing Realities.

All humans emit energy, and this affects how they feel about themselves and those around them. The lowest of emotions, fear, and despair, cause bottom-level frequency vibrations, while the highest frequency is typically associated with joy and love. To be sure, Raise Your Vibe 2025 is a collaboration of empowered women who seek to raise their vibration, start their New Year’s resolutions early, and get a positive jump on the second half of the decade. Many have noted the significant friction associated with the past few years given the pandemic, political dysfunction, economic headwinds, and compounding challenges with childrearing, death, divorce, dislocation, and most certainly, those truly in need who benefit from Mary’s Place. Many women feel exhausted, deflated, and need a boost – that’s the promise behind Raise Your Vibe 2025.

The program will include a preview for ticketed guests from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. followed by a curated brunch service from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Public access will be open at 2 p.m. In addition to a culinary experience by Jocovine chef Luis Cruz, Lopez is providing featured libations along with bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys. Ticket sales are $75. RSVP here.

During the brunch, contributors will briefly present their brands and offer affirmations to share with the audience. By example:

“I awaken each day filled with energy and enthusiasm for the day ahead knowing wonderful things are headed my way,” said Catherine Grace O’Connell, Seattle Magazine columnist and CEO of Modlife Media, a female focused digital media agency. “I trust in myself and in my ability to attract beautiful things into my life. I am grateful. I am a powerful co-creator, and I know that I have everything inside of me to make my greatest dreams come true because I am worthy and deserving of a beautiful life.”

Grace O’Connell recently hosted an event at Jocovine entitled “Ageless in Seattle” and became a founding member of Raise Your Vibe 2025.

“Women represent a majority of our broker roster, our senior leadership, and our staffing at RSIR,” said Shannon Olcese, a Managing Broker. “We know the stressors and challenges associated with the past five years are not unique to those in real estate, so we look forward to contributing to this timely event to collaborate, support each other, and lean into the next five years with great vibrations and positivity.”

Olcese acknowledges that building a corporate culture of collaboration and unity has been more challenging since the Covid-19 pandemic shuddered the office work environment and staff and brokers have been slow to return to the office.

“We are blessed to enjoy extraordinary workspaces at RSIR and Raise Your Vibe 2025 is a great example of activating our dynamic retail environments while bringing greater awareness to the many businesses, products, and services that I feel our team will enjoy alongside members of the public,” adds Olcese. “We can feel the energy shifting already as we all seek to thrive in 2025.“
