As recently announced, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is thrilled to present our Global Real Estate Advisors with a brand new business development platform, Accelerate. Accelerate is a series of lessons and collaborative sessions where industry professionals and RSIR staff will provide the assistance, coaching, and education that will allow our remarkable agents to reach their full potential and thrive in 2025.
Each lesson will be co-hosted by the RSIR team and broker partners who have had great success in that session’s topic. In combination with the lessons and work labs, we’re thrilled to offer group coaching sessions, which will follow our Accelerate lessons a few days later and will take place on the same day as office collaboration hours.
The coaching sessions will be headed by RSIR Coach Denise Seavitt, who has been a Managing Broker and Branch Manager at RSIR for several years and a top producing agent in the Pacific Northwest since 1983. Denise understands the everchanging real estate landscape and is an excellent accountability resource for new and seasoned agents. She will be visiting RSIR offices weekly and will springboard her coaching sessions with Accelerate.
Brokers have already harnessed the teachings in Accelerate’s first two sessions, Prospecting Open Houses and Listing Presentations, and the next two lessons covering Buyer’s Guides and Agent’s Digital Footprint will be packed full of even further insights and useful tips to level up a business.
