Against the backdrop of a brisk, sunny winter afternoon, brokers came together to celebrate their achievements, connect with peers, and reflect on an extraordinary year. The event concluded with a breathtaking sunset view over Kirkland—a fitting tribute to an inspiring day.
RSIR’s Top Performers were announced in the Puget Sound Business Journal on January 24th and highlighted in our official press release. Overall RSIR brokers and staff reached exceptional milestones, including securing the #1 position for the highest average selling price on listing representation at $1,523,200—an impressive 192% of the top 10 average. With $2.1 billion in total sales, they demonstrated expertise, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to their clients despite the challenges of the market.
The celebration at FogRose Atelier was an opportunity to recognize these achievements while looking ahead to 2025 and the continued opportunities to serve our communities.
