Now that the Sotheby’s International Realty brand is operating in 60 countries and territories, a new network publication called Global Momentum has been released providing news and information on the global real estate market for all affiliates. Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) was proudly featured within the page referencing Asia Pacific given our recent hosting of North India Sotheby’s International Realty. The feature also referenced the recent opening of Beijing Sotheby’s International Realty, which was attended by several members of RSIR.
All markets outside the US are managed by Michael Valdes, Global Vice President for Sotheby’s International Realty, whom reports directly to Philip White, President and CEO for the franchise network. Recently Dean and Stacy Jones, owners of RSIR met with Valdes at the Asian Real Estate Association of America Global + Luxury Summit in Chicago to discuss the development of the Asian marketplace and explore network connections for the Pacific Northwest.
