By RSIR Staff |

As Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty readies to open its doors in Bellevue for brokers and renovations prepare to get underway for its unique real estate/retail/restaurant space, fellow business owners on Old Main Street’s were invited to a special open house.

Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty CEO and President Dean Jones talks with brokers and local business owners during a special open house at the new Bellevue regional branch office.

The gathering showcased both the space as it is and as it will be—construction gets underway shortly on the street level, and renderings have been released of the special real estate concept. Once completed, the main level will flow seamlessly between the real estate office, along with its co-working spaces, and the B-Bar, a daytime café and evening restaurant and bar.

In addition to neighbors from the local business community, brokers also invited clients to the special event which featured bites by Bis on Main, who will operate the B-Bar when it opens (March 2020.) Visitors were able to meet with Bellevue Founding Members and brokers who will be operating out of the office shortly and also explore other RSIR projects, including New Developments.

The event was one during a week full of buzz about the RSIR’s newest regional branch office opening. Following announcements in Puget Sound Business Journal and DowntownBellevue.com, RSIR brokers and staff also gathered to ring in the holidays at the new office.

RSIR Brokers and staff also gathered this week at the Bellevue office to ring in the holidays.

The celebration was merry, especially as RSIR heads to 2020 when it will celebrate its 10th anniversary. Opening a regional office in Bellevue, a global city on the rise, is a befitting way to mark the occasion. “We’ve assembled a world-class team to create a dynamic retail experience upon entry and we look forward to serving the greater Eastside from this unique venue on Old Main Street,” said RSIR President and CEO Dean Jones.
