In a demonstration of Chinese hospitality and quintessential Four Seasons service, more than three dozen affiliates with Sotheby’s International Realty and VIP guests were treated to an impromptu reception in the Imperial Suite at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beijing on October 11th. The private function was a follow up to the official Grand Opening of Beijing Sotheby’s International Realty held the night before and provided an elegant sendoff for the many international guests departing that evening and the next day.
Sanjiv Hulugalle, General Manager of The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing graciously appointed the reception with attentive staff, fine wines, passed bites and hosted tours of the phenomenal penthouse hotel suite.
“We credit Mr. Hulugalle for an extraordinary evening at the Four Seasons Beijing,” says Stacy Jones, Vice President of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. “After hosting so many team members, affiliates and guests the past week, it was nice to be so well taken care of ourselves.”
The Four Seasons Hotel Beijing also provides five-star services to the recently completed Four Seasons Private Residences located next door – a collection of more than 200 condominiums, of which only about 40 remain available. Scott Wasner, Founding Director of RSIR in Seattle, compared the offering with his own portfolio of recent sales at the Four Seasons Private Residences in downtown Seattle. He has recently sold three such homes totaling more than $12 million.
“The Four Seasons Hotel in Beijing provides a timely case study of an industry leading, international brand finding success in China’s capital city,” says Kevin Corbett, CEO of Beijing Sotheby’s International Realty. “Thank you, Sanjiv for all your hospitality – we will certainly see you and your team again upon our next trip to Beijing.”
