The “Fifty Shades of Grey” penthouse in the Downtown Seattle’s Escala Tower was sold by Realogic Sotheby’s International Realty’s founding director and broker Scott Wasner for $8 Million, which is a record for the Escala Tower and the highest price paid for a downtown Seattle Condo since 2009, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal.
This 5,170 square foot masterpiece was not the actual shoot location for the film “Fifty Shades of Grey” but author E.L. James found the condo online when she was looking for inspiration for the first book. This penthouse is truly magnificent
