The 2014 Sotheby’s International Realty Global Networking Event is under way in Miami at the Fountainbleu oceanfront resort, as the first day of learning seminars kicks off!
To start the morning’s general session, a range of exceptional people spoke to the 1,400 attendees, including Philip White, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, Wendy Purvey, Chief Marketing Officer of Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates LLC, and Alfredo Gangotena, Chief Marketing Officer of Worldwide Sotheby’s. The anticipated Keynote speaker was none other than Pat Riley, President & Former Head Coach of the Miami HEAT, who was sure to inspire the crowd.
Over the next 2 days, guests will attend breakout sessions on a variety of marketing and personal business topics, luncheons and dinner receptions, with the goal of networking to increase business relationships. Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is making a splash this year, as four of our own have been asked to speak at the event on various panels.
Dean Jones, Owner and CEO of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, will discuss how to build international business with Asia, as Asian investors represent a large and growing part of international real estate purchases. This panel focuses on best practices related to developing your global clientele and leveraging it to grow your overall business.
Andrea Savage, Marketing Manager of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, will be discussing how to host the perfect business event at an invite-only marketing session for owners and managers. Learn more about the event process, starting from the initial stages of securing sponsors and generating interest to the follow up.
Cassie Daughtrey & Scott Wasner, brokers at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, will be participating in agent panels on content marketing, the art of communicating without selling. 8 in 10 consumers say they would rather learn about a product or service via articles than an advertisement. In these sessions, Cassie and Scott will discuss the ways in which they leverage content in their local marketing and social media.
