The Seattle PI Features Everett Bungalow, Listed By Brian Hawkins & Cyrus O’Bryant

By RSIR Staff |

A recent article in the Seattle PI  asks its readers, “Looking to move out of Seattle? Here’s where go.” As Kirsten O’Brien writes, “Seattle’s economy is riding a tech-wave high, but that doesn’t mean buying a home and making a life here is easy for everyone.” Rising home prices are causing many potential buyers to look at suburban areas outside of the Emerald City. To explore affordability in cities beyond Seattle, O’Brien “took a look at homes in Tacoma, Bremerton and Everett listed for less than $420,000,” and found Everett Bungalow, listed by Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) brokers Brian Hawkins and Cyrus O’Bryant.

Of the home, the article describes that it is a “1918 Craftsman that underwent a complete remodel.” Among the notable features? “The home as 9-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and a back deck with views of the Cascades.”
