Research Cites Rising Sales of $1 Million+ Homes; Double-Digit Median Home Price Increases in Kirkland

Jones points to a reset housing market whereas median home prices in the City of Kirkland and nearby community of Bridle Trails in the City of Bellevue (collectively NWMLS# 560) have risen 11.3% for the first half of 2014 compared with the prior year and where the number of homes sold over $1 million has skyrocketed 26.9% in the same period of time.
