Brokers learned about a dozen Mercer Island and West Bellevue homes that will be featured this weekend in a progressive open house event, complete with prize giveaways and $25,000 buyer bonus for home sales in July.
On Thursday evening more than three dozen brokers joined an early preview of JayMarc Homes and Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR)’s “Passport to Luxury”—a progressive tour of open houses in Mercer Island and West Bellevue. The 12 featured homes, including eight model homes and four presale opportunities) are being released in the midst of a market upswing for these Seattle-adjacent neighborhoods and are already being buzzed about in the Seattle Times and 425 Business. The public event takes place this weekend, July 20 and 21 from 12–4PM. Attendees will receive a stamp in their “passport” with each home visited, with a completed passport to be entered for a prize drawing for an “Endless Summer Getaway” in Danzante Bay in Loreto, Mexico. As an additional “Buy in July” bonus, homebuyers will receive the aforementioned trip plus a $25,000 buyer bonus.
Thursday’s broker preview, presented by Diana Wen—a JayMarc homebuyer herself—of JP Morgan Private Bank in Wealth Management, featured a reception at the Delhi estate catered by Platinum Events and DeLille Cellars. A prize drawing for a trip to Danzante Bay was won by Cassandra Joyner, and other fine wine prizes were awarded as well.
