Sinclair Inlet Marina is a privately held boat marina located on Sinclair Inlet in Port Orchard, WA. Improvements include a over-water parking lot, marina office building that includes a leased 450 sf office space, mens' and womens' shower/restrooms, a laundry room and storage equipment room, all of which support the marina facilities. Dock facilities provide shore power connections, water and available sewer pump-out station. Of the 77 moorage slips, 43 are covered and 10 are rented to live-aboard boat owners. Recent upgrades include electrical improvements to shore power stanchions, additional and security improvements to the gates entry, replacement of wood pilings with steel pilings, and continued overall maintenance.
