About Me

Loyal, creative, and tenacious, Cameron brings a relationship-first approach to his client’s real estate journeys. Since joining the industry in 2018, Cameron and his partner, Leilani, have guided buyers, sellers, investors, and relocating clients through some of life’s most meaningful transitions. Together, they have built a 100% success rate, meaning they have sold and closed every listing they have brought to market. Their work spans the Eastside and communities throughout Washington, with particular experience in Sammamish, Tehaleh, custom homes, new construction, and complex relocations.

At Cameron’s first brokerage, he served as a mentor in a large office, where one of his mentees went on to earn Rookie of the Year. He also brings a training and labor background to his work, giving him a hands-on mindset and a willingness to roll up his sleeves when clients need extra support.

Cameron and Leilani are one of the first teams in the market to offer listing videos as a standard part of their service. They approach each property with a tailored strategy that may include professional photography, cinematic video, drone and twilight imagery, social media and MLS content, print campaigns, staging, targeted advertising, and global exposure.

Cameron lives in Sammamish with Leilani, their two children, three cats, and two dogs. Outside of real estate, Cameron is an avid dirt bike rider who participates in amateur racing, and this year, he will be coaching the Skyline Spartans youth football program. He and his family enjoy fitness, travel, motorsports, creative pursuits, and time with their animals.
