We see the potential in every parcel of land and strive to bring together the right mix of investors, developers, architects, designers and real estate professionals to purchase the right properties, conceptualize and build incredible projects, and bring those projects to market.
From Dirt To Done
With over three decades of experience in real estate, development, and green building and certification standards, our Land Division leads the way in the industry, offering a unique level of insight and specialized service, with a matchless ability to identify and develop new investment opportunities—we steer innovative residential projects throughout every stage of the cycle, from start to finish.
Advantages Of Working With Us
Working with the RSIR Land Division team gives you an advantage over the competition. What sets us apart is our team’s intimate knowledge of Seattle-area markets, our access to an international network of professionals through the Sotheby’s brand, and our extraordinary ability to handle every step of the process—from acquiring the land, attracting an incredible team of investors, architects, and designers, handling sustainability certification, marketing, and selling.
Land Lifecycle Process
Our team begins by acquiring land in prime locations around Seattle and the Puget Sound. Once we’ve secured these properties, we work hard to engage and build the best possible team—including investors/developers, architects, and designers—to bring their vision and creativity to it. We have relationships with some of the top professionals and architectural firms in Seattle, which means we can help any investor—even those new to this market—with every part of that team-building process. We can also certify these new construction projects for sustainability, and market and sell them once the building is complete—we’re truly a full-service operation.
