meet Leadership teamOur Offices
Since 2010, our footprint in Western Washington has continued to grow, allowing brokers to work out of offices that reflect the lifestyles of Seattle, Kirkland and on Bainbridge Island. Creating a physical office in these key locations, in a way that integrates with the surrounding communities by allowing us to hold arts, design, and food events, stregthens our bonds with neighbors as well as current and prospective clients.
Tuesday Meetings
Each Tuesday, brokers are invited to a meeting at one of our six offices, where the leadership team conducts discussions about real estate news, updates on laws that could impact their business, new listings, and upcoming company initiatives. Often, the Tuesday meeting features a keynote speaker or a panel of fellow agents to address issues that brokers may encounter when working with clients or aquiring new business.
Company Events
Each branch's social calendar also reflects the lifetstyle of the cities and neighborhoods Realogics Sotheby's International Realty is in. Offices hold a variety of events, from weekly happy hours to hosting monthly art walks, to annual participation in festivals like Madison Park's Music in the Park. Through bites and bubbles, with art and fashion, our company comes alive in the communities we serve.
Momentum
Learning, inspiring and networking are on the agenda for Realogics Sotheby's International Realty's annual real estate conference Momentum. Each December, hundreds of brokers and market leaders come together to be propelled by the insights and expertise of industry leaders, guest speakers and panel experts.
Global Networking Event
Every 18 months, Sotheby's International Realty hosts their Global Networking Event, which brings thousands of brokers, owners, managers and sales associates together for exclusive networking and learning opportunities with keynote speeches, breakout panels and cocktail receptions.
Staff Appreciation
Leadership at Realogics Sotheby's International Realty expresses gratitutide to the support staff through out the year with celebration and team building opportunities. Whether it's a trip out on the water, or a special activity in the office, the staff works hard, but they also enjoy the oppotunity have fun for a few hours.
Broker Collaboration
Hosted at one of the five branch locations, the broker care team hosts one to two Collaboration Hours each month, bringing together real estate agents to discuss, work through and find solutions to current issues being faced in the field everyday.
Ninja
Brokers at Realogics Sotheby's International Realty have the opportunity to build their sales and relationship skills to through workshops with Ninja Selling that are specifically tailored for Sotheby's Intenational Realty. Over several days, brokers train with sales experts specializing in relationship building, and how to translate those skills into your real estate business.
In-House Training
In addition to the required real estate educational hours brokers must complete in order to renew their license, Realogics Sotheby's International Realty offers an array of opportunities that both meet those requirements and keep brokers sharp, so they can offer clients the white-glove service expected from Sotheby's International Realty.
