From the time he was three, swinging a hammer with his father who was a master carpenter, he’s dedicated his career to constantly growing and learning. Dan has remained passionate his entire life about ensuring people live in beautiful homes. His building company DKWozniak Design Build, LLC specializes in building luxury homes in the greater Seattle area, both speculative and custom. He received his Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from Washington State University. Joining Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty is the perfect next step in Dan’s amazing career. Backed by an international brand and with his network of connections and resources, including everyone from builders to clients to investors, Dan’s bolstered reach ensures he’ll be able to help buyers and sellers far and wide who are looking to achieve their biggest goals. Inspired by the work being accomplished in RSIR’s Land Development division, Dan is ready to jump in and make some moves. A Kirkland resident for nearly his whole life, Dan is a true Washingtonian and enjoys days on the lake. His wife Kari is the creative director of their company and he cherishes the time they’re able to spend collaborating together. A fan of travel and staying active, Dan likes to take walks, go to the slopes or spend a day out on the green. And of course, spends plenty of time sketching and dreaming up new design concepts.
