A trusted residential real estate expert serving Seattle and the Eastside, Ginny Morris is regarded as much for her sound advisement, market insights and negotiation tactics, as she is for her ability to craft lasting relationships with her clients. For Ginny, buying or selling real estate is more than a transaction, just as one’s home is far more than bricks and mortar or the land it sits on. Home is where you build a life, chase your dreams and make lasting memories. Ginny takes pride in guiding clients through the real estate process with her knowledge, insight, and understanding of local neighborhoods and communities.
Ginny was drawn to Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty for the firm’s award-winning marketing, global reach and broker support, all of which extend to her clients. As a former business owner, Ginny understands the importance of client care, whether it’s setting and achieving real estate goals, providing comparative market analyses and staging, crafting award-winning marketing and beyond. She thrives on the challenges the industry brings and leverages her undergraduate studies in finance at the University of Washington to expertly serve her clients.
An integral member of the Eastside community for nearly thirty years, Ginny grew up on Capitol Hill, spending summers at the family cabin on Vashon Island. Ginny believes home is where the heart is and that happiness is finding joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loves spending time at her home in Kirkland, working in her garden, running and coaching, entertaining, and spending time with family and friends. Ginny is deeply involved with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, having served on the local and national board, and as a coach for LLS Team in Training. She is also a supporter of One Circle, a non-profit that supports Bellevue Lifespring.
