A lifetime resident and trusted residential real estate agent on Bainbridge Island since 2005, Jennifer Saez is a local industry leader regarded for her patience, problem solving skills and positive approach. From in-town condominiums and farms on acreage to spectacular waterfront homes, Jennifer is familiar with every part of the Island and puts that knowledge to work for her clients, whether they’re from around the corner or around the world. Remaining calm in even the most intense situations, Jennifer understands that purchasing or selling a home is among the largest transactions her clients will participate in, and does all she can to provide a smooth and seamless experience; she instills a sense of easy confidence in her clients, ensuring they are truly heard every step of the way. Jennifer loves to help people settle into the small and fabulous Bainbridge Island community. She often connects people that have shared interests, whether it’s a book club, gardening, baby group or one of the many other community organizations available to Island residents. Having raised her three daughters on the Island, Jennifer also has an intimate understanding of the school system, which she happily shares with her clients. After earning an undergraduate degree at the University of Washington, Jennifer traveled, lived and worked in the Middle East, South America, Europe and Turkey, which gave her a unique global perspective. One could say those seeds were planted back in her childhood, when she traveled with her family to South America for months at a time. In 2011, Jennifer decided to expand her business and aligned with Susan Lorenz. Since then, the two have established a perfect balance in their business partnership. As natural collaborators, Jennifer and Susan’s clients come back to them time and time again for their knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful and kind approach. In 2018, the two joined Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, where they continue to build their Bainbridge Island business through the firm’s broker-centric approach, stellar marketing and a positive energy. Jennifer and Susan specialize in residential real estate on Bainbridge Island but are comfortable working throughout Kitsap County. They are proud to have been acknowledged among the firm's top five producing agents on Bainbridge Island for the last four years and counting. Their clients are grateful for Jennifer’s in-depth understanding of the local market and connections to trusted professionals to help with a range of needs. Jennifer lives on the south end of Bainbridge Island on a charming row of historic farm houses with heritage apple trees just a few steps from the beach. Jennifer and her husband raised their three daughters on the Island, and they love their dog-friendly neighborhood and all family members attend the annual polar bear swim at the community beach each New Year’s Day. When not in the office Jennifer enjoys long walks on nearby trails, gardening and listening to live music at the small venues around the Island.
