Joanna is an accomplished real estate professional and a licensed Managing Broker, with over seventeen years of experience, working with clients on Bainbridge Island and in Seattle. She delivers exceptional service and results through her professionalism and local knowledge, which are the foundation of her business with Buyers and Sellers, and the reason why client referrals generate her success. She knows that it requires expertise, dedication, commitment, attention to detail, excellent negotiating skills and a complete understanding of client needs to achieve successful transactions. In an ever changing marketplace, Joanna's clients trust and recommend her for delivering clear, professional and helpful support, which makes their home buying or selling process a straightforward and pleasant experience. Joanna is experienced with all aspects of the residential market, including land acquisition and the building of custom homes. Joanna embodies the spirit of her global brand with her own personal story. Her background includes growing up in England, and residency in three countries; Canada, the United Kingdom and, for the last thirty years, the United States. She has many contacts in Europe, and a home on Lake Trasimeno in Umbria, Italy, where she and her family spend every summer vacation. Her own transatlantic international moves and transactions inform her understanding of relocation, a valuable asset when assisting clients from any corner of the world. Her French, German and Italian language skills enable her to work comfortably with an international clientele. She helped to design and build her own post and beam constructed home on the Island, completed in 2004. On Bainbridge Island Joanna is an active member of the community, where she has lived and raised her three children since 1998. She is currently a Board Member of the Madrona Waldorf School, where her son was once a student. She is a founding member of the Bainbridge Island Newcomers Group, which is dedicated to assisting new residents to get established in the community through a range of groups and activities.
