About Me

Mike Johnson has been in the real estate industry for over 25 years, and, as a Washington native, his experience in this area spans a lifetime. Growing up in Redmond before moving to Bainbridge Island and attending Bainbridge High School, Mike built homes, developed land, sub-divided and carried real estate contracts with his father long before he started practicing real estate on his own. Fittingly, he likes to say that he's been working in the business his whole life. Mike is an expert at understanding what his clients want and through networking, hard work and knowledge of the whole area, has the ability to consistently locate what it is they are truly looking for. Mike describes successfully finding the perfect property as one of his favorite things about the job, allowing him to make that call to his clients to "bring your check book because I just found you a winning house!" In joining Realogics Sotheby's International Realty (RSIR), Mike believes he has found the most forward-thinking, proactive company with an outstanding reputation that is poised to remain ahead of the curve as the real estate industry continues to change. Specializing in properties along the Eastside but with a true understanding of the entire Seattle market, Mike is excited to pair the unparalleled marketing and extensive global reach of the RSIR brand with his steady business understanding and effective communication and follow-through. Outside of real estate, Mike is very active as an avid skier and has played baseball and golf since he was a child. In fact, Mike now volunteers with the Bellevue High School baseball team and is a member of the Bellevue West Little League Board that helps develop the relationship between the Little League and the high school. Mike is also a proud father of four and grandfather of six.
