About Me
Norvi Cruz brings a global perspective, analytical rigor, and a relationship-driven approach to his residential real estate practice across Seattle, Bellevue, and Washington’s Eastside communities. Serving clients from Seattle to Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, Medina, Clyde Hill, Sammamish, and beyond, Norvi focuses on single-family homes, waterfront properties, and luxury residences, guiding buyers and sellers with his market insight, strategic thinking, and attentive client care.
His interest in real estate began in college, where a course sparked a lasting curiosity about investing, property, and the industry at large. That passion deepened in 2021 when he purchased his first rental property, gaining hands-on experience and sharpening his understanding of real estate as both a lifestyle and wealth-building asset. Today, Norvi pairs that investor’s mindset with the discipline of a deliberately built, quality-over-volume practice.
Before entering real estate, Norvi served in the United States Navy, where he developed a disciplined approach to problem-solving, operations management, and high-stakes decision-making. This, combined with his later career in banking, gave him the foundation to assess opportunities with precision, market positioning, strategic negotiation, and long-term investment potential.
Norvi joined Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty because the brand reflects the direction he is intentionally building his practice: elevated, relationship-driven, globally connected, and rooted in a shared standard of excellence. He is inspired by the reach of the Sotheby’s name, from its international real estate network to its longstanding connection to art, design, and distinctive lifestyles.
Norvi holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA, and a certificate in Entrepreneurship. He is also a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, reflecting his commitment to continued growth and specialized service within the luxury residential market.
Originally from Manila, Philippines, Norvi immigrated to the United States in 2010 and has lived in Virginia, Kansas, and Washington. Now based in Bothell, he has grown to love the Pacific Northwest for its waterfront communities, natural beauty, and strong neighborhood character. Outside of real estate, he enjoys fitness, exploring distinctive homes, visiting art and cultural museums, traveling, and continuing to learn about business strategy and real estate investing. Ambitious, adaptable, and relationship-driven, Norvi is guided by a genuine curiosity for people’s stories and a long-term commitment to creating value for the clients and communities he serves.
