On Thursday, December 5th, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) brokers, staff, partners, collaborators, and more gathered in Kirkland to celebrate a remarkable 2025 and look ahead to an exciting new year. Hosted at FogRose Atelier, which fronts the Kirkland branch office and provided the exceptional catering, this holiday showcase was a timely demonstration of RSIR’s strategic collaborations and hybrid retail venues in a dynamic and festive lifestyle application.
The decorations glimmered, with a towering trimmed tree, sparkling lights, and an inviting dance floor. Santa posed for photos with guests and lifted spirits. Attendees enjoyed a spectacular performance by Maison de V Entertainment dancers, beats by Meglados Music, an exciting disco ambiance, and the company of their colleagues. RSIR’s collaboration with Pinstripe Wine was featured in a special pop-up.
“What an honor it was to stand before the RSIR nation at this most festive time of year,” said Dean Jones, President and CEO of RSIR. “With gratitude, we look back on the tremendous accomplishments and spirit of collaboration we all enjoyed in 2025, and we celebrate the auspicious arrival of the 50th anniversary of the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, as this was also the ‘Golden Jubilee’ kickoff spectacular.”
2026 will mark 50 years of Sotheby’s International Realty, meaning 50 years of supporting clients through their buying and selling journeys around the world.
Also present were collaborators and media partners, including Taylor Robinson, Publisher of Bellevue Lifestyle Magazine. “The timing could not have been more fitting! The annual ‘Jingle & Mingle’ holiday party was a joyful celebration of community, craftsmanship, and connection,” said Taylor. “As the brand enters its 50th Golden Jubilee anniversary year, it is inspiring to see how Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty continues to lead with intention and innovation. From the thoughtfully designed Kirkland venue to their continued recognition in our community—voted ‘Best of Bellevue 2025’—they truly embody ‘The Golden Standard’ here on the Eastside. We are proud to partner with and honor them in our December issue again this year.”
RSIR would like to extend a thank you to the people who beautifully contributed their skills and resources to the evening, including:
