Top Performing Brokers At Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Honored For Establishing A Benchmark Year In 2023

On February 28, 2024, more than 50 Realogics Sotheby’s International (RSIR) brokers and staff gathered for a celebratory luncheon at Palisade Restaurant to commemorate the brand’s global real estate advisors’ incredible accomplishments in 2023. Last year, RSIR agents faced a market affected by multiple obstacles, including record-high mortgage rates, low inventory levels, and less demand, and managed to successfully guide their clients to reach their goals all while setting remarkable records. Despite the challenges within the industry, RSIR brokers proved that by entrusting your real estate journey to dedicated professionals with expert market knowledge, powerful marketing tools, and top-tier service, it is still possible to achieve success, regardless of market conditions.

With six offices in the Greater Seattle area, including Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Mercer Island, Madison Park, and Bainbridge Island, RSIR offers its 275 brokers an unmatched level of support, allowing them to expertly guide their clients. As CEO and President Dean Jones told attendees, “We are small enough to care, but large enough to matter.” According to Trendraphix research, RSIR ranked as the top producing Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate in Washington state with the highest per-agent productivity and the highest average listing price sold in 2023.* Recent editions of the Puget Sound Business Journal were on display to highlight RSIR’s Top Performers and the brokerage’s stats. During the three-course lunch, Dean Jones and CMO Andrea Savage applauded the advisors’ success, and Jones shared his vision for the upcoming year. As we move further away from the high mortgage rates of 2023 and more buyers and sellers begin to prepare to enter the market, the spring sales season is expected to heat up. These projections created an air of positivity and excitement for the changing market this year. Ultimately, it was an afternoon spent celebrating wins, strengthening the bonds within a brokerage that fosters such productive collaboration between staff and agents, and preparing for the year ahead. Events such as these reinforce the brand’s commitment to honoring the strong bonds between our community of agents, as both individual brokers and teams were recognized during the lunch for their amazing production results.
