Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Surpasses $1 Billion In Sales In 2026

By RSIR Staff |

Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) announced that the firm has surpassed $1 billion in combined closed volume year-to-date in 2026 while simultaneously representing more than $1 billion in active luxury listing inventory, including new construction developments throughout the Pacific Northwest (not all builder inventory is listed).

The milestone reflects not only significant momentum in an evolving market experiencing compression but also reinforces RSIR’s position as one of the region’s highest-performing residential real estate brokerages on a per-agent basis.

According to independent research by Trendgraphix, based on Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) data (recognizing that not all regional transactions are reported through the NWMLS), RSIR continues to outperform the average production of the ten largest real estate brands across virtually every meaningful measure of luxury brokerage productivity.

Among the most notable benchmarks to the peer group averages, RSIR brokers generate:

While RSIR ranks among the Northwest’s leading brokerages by sales volume, the firm’s distinction lies in the value entrusted to its advisors rather than the number of transactions completed.

“These statistics affirm what we’ve always believed—that market share and company footprint alone don’t buy or sell real estate,” said Dean Jones, President and CEO of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, The most productive advisors do. Every day our brokers earn the confidence of discerning buyers, sellers, developers, and investors who expect extraordinary representation for extraordinary properties. Surpassing one billion dollars in sales while stewarding more than one billion dollars in active listing inventory is a testament to the remarkable company we keep and the exceptional results we create together. I couldn’t be more grateful for our brokers, employees, developer partners, and clients who continue to place their trust in Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty as we thoughtfully scale forward.”

The research also illustrates RSIR’s distinctive market position. Although the brokerage completes substantially fewer transactions than many of the region’s largest firms in total volume, its advisors consistently represent significantly higher-value properties, producing the highest average listing and buyer sale prices and representing the greatest inventory volumes when compared to their peers.

“Luxury real estate is not a game of volume at the top, it’s a discipline of expertise, relationships, marketing, negotiation, and trust,” Jones added. “These benchmarks demonstrate that our advisors consistently perform at the highest levels of the marketplace, creating exceptional outcomes for clients while setting a standard for productivity per broker that few firms approach.”

As the largest real estate affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty in its market area, RSIR continues to expand its presence in Washington through strategic brokerage growth, innovative marketing, premier new construction representation and nimble referral networks, both interstate and internationally.

In addition to its market-leading productivity, RSIR continues to experience significant brokerage growth as top-performing advisors increasingly seek a platform purpose-built for luxury representation. Through the first half of 2026, RSIR welcomed 38 new broker partners, with numerous additional recruitment conversations underway, reflecting what company leaders describe as a continuing “flight to quality” across the industry.

“Today’s most accomplished brokers are making highly intentional decisions about where they build the next chapter of their careers, especially as the market exhibits an inflection point” said Barb Hindle, Vice President of Growth & Broker Ascension. “They’re looking for meaningful broker care, extraordinary marketing resources, exclusive competitive advantages, concierge-level operational support, and bespoke vendor relationships that help them elevate the client experience while growing their business. Our advisors recognize that when they win, the brokerage wins, creating a business model that is genuinely aligned around long-term success and production partnerships rather than fees.”

That strategy is translating into measurable results. Based on Trendgraphix research utilizing NWMLS data, RSIR was one of only three brokerages among the region’s fifteen largest brands to post year-over-year growth in both closed unit volume and sales volume during 2026. Notably, the other firms achieving growth operate primarily as virtual brokerage models, distinguishing RSIR as one of the few full-service luxury brokerages to expand both market presence and productivity simultaneously.

The firm’s business model also continues to demonstrate that productivity and profitability can coexist. By empowering advisors with sophisticated marketing, proprietary technology, collaborative culture, developer relationships, global exposure through Sotheby’s International Realty, and industry-leading support services, RSIR brokers retain higher average commission income while benefiting from increased business opportunities generated through the brokerage’s platform. The result is a true win-win proposition—creating greater value for clients, stronger economics for brokers, and sustainable growth for the company.
