Sip. Savor. Reimagine.

By RSIR Staff |

What if a real estate company could help make Main Street matter even more?

At Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, we’ve always believed that great real estate is about more than buildings. It’s about place, people, culture, and the experiences that make a community worth calling home.

That’s why we’re proud to support the Old Main Street Merchants Association and signature traditions like the annual Wine Walk. These events do something increasingly rare: they invite people to slow down, walk the street, discover a local business, meet a neighbor, share a glass, and enjoy the simple pleasure of being together.

That boutique, walkable culture is worth protecting, and worth celebrating. This fall brings an especially exciting opportunity.

With a programmed intermission in our 3,600-square-foot retail space, we’re taking the opportunity to reimagine what comes next: a refreshed lifestyle center with new management, new energy, and a new vision for how hospitality, culture, and luxury real estate can intersect.

So, rather than simply papering up the windows and eventually reopening the doors, we’re popping the corks on the possibilities in real time!

Imagine a shared stage where multiple wineries can introduce their craft alongside thoughtful hospitality offerings, where our brokers can gather with clients and patrons, where industry peers can mingle, and where the community can experience something new every time they walk through the door.

For RSIR, this is bigger than a new storefront in the making. It is another expression of our belief that luxury is a lifestyle, and the best brands create places where people want to be. Our continued growth across the Eastside, along with collaborations with 425 Magazine and Bellevue Lifestyle Magazine, gives us an increasingly powerful platform to open a window to the world for our brokers, our clients, and the communities we serve.

And to Bellevue Lifestyle Magazine, thank you for recognizing RSIR as “Best Real Estate Agency” in 2025. We don’t take that honor lightly. We see it as an invitation to keep earning the trust behind the vote. So, let’s begin the next chapter the right way.

Come sip and savor with us.

Bring your friends. Bring your clients. Bring your colleagues and industry peers. Come meet the winemakers, explore the possibilities, and help us kick off the fall crush with a gathering to remember.

Because Main Street shouldn’t just be a place where businesses operate. It should be a place where a community comes alive.
