When Diana Ward entered the real estate industry in 2017, she hit the ground running, closing an impressive ten transactions within her first year. Since then, she has continued to build her real estate business with a strategic, results-oriented approach and meticulous attention to detail. Diana keeps her focus on her clients at all times because real estate is about a lot more than buying or selling houses: it’s about crafting relationships and helping others achieve their goals and dreams. Her clients consistently remark upon her unwavering client care, work ethic, efficiency, and strong negotiation tactics. As an active member of the Board of Directors of a high-end Belltown condominium building, Diana offers an in-depth understanding of HOA documents and an in-city lifestyle. From the moment she touched down in Seattle in 2015, Diana fell in love with the Emerald City. She adores the people, the food, the culture, and the view of sunset ferries passing by from the Olympic Sculpture Park. She is passionate about sharing her in-city and Eastside knowledge with her clients, specializing in single-family homes and condominiums in Seattle, Kirkland, Bellevue, Sammamish and Redmond. Having spent her formative years in Colombia, Diana is fluent in both Spanish and English. Prior to entering the real estate industry, she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering at Xaveriana University (Colombia’s most prestigious college) and a second degree as an International Business Specialist from Columbia University and Externado de Colombia University. She went on to establish two international companies in Colombia, serving as a business advisor and strategist, sales manager, and new business development leader. Each of these experiences serve her well in her work as a real estate broker. Diana’s alignment with Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty stems from a shared passion for marketing strategy, white-glove service, trusted brand heritage, and global platform that spans 72 countries and territories. When not in the office, Diana may be found at home with her husband in Belltown, swimming, reading, playing outdoor sports or planning her next trip. She is an ardent supporter and member of the Board of Directors of Ghana Together, a non-profit organization that helps Ghanaians foster community and social development, and an active member of the Seattle Latino Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce, leading the Foreign Trade Committee. Diana has a passion for life and helping others progress on their respective journeys, and looks forward to assisting her current and future clients with their real estate needs.
