Brokers From 14 Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates Gather For A Transformative Ninja Installation

Recently, Sotheby’s International Realty advisors came together in RSIR’s beautiful Kirkland office to take Ninja Installation’s four-day course designed to provide brokers with a systematic approach catered to service all buyers and sellers, encourage repeat and referral clients, increase productivity, improve their mindset, and more. Over 40 attendees across 14 Sotheby’s affiliates joined in the encouraging and productive atmosphere, made valuable connections, and took away helpful insights to grow their  businesses.  

The course was led by Master Ninja Selling Instructor Melanie Frank who instructed those in attendance through four days of growth and continued education, inspiring the group with her insights and fresh approach to guiding clients in their real estate journeys.  

Brokers present spoke of the incredible energy throughout the four days and the perfect balance of the informative nature of the course paired with the entertaining, exciting presentation of the material. Events like the Ninja Installation are indicative of the collaborative and supportive Sotheby’s International Realty network, providing brokers with the motivation and tools to finesse their skills, build their business, make useful connections, and continue to improve, no matter where they are in their career.

RSIR’s Vice President of Learning and Development Natalie Kelly discusses her firsthand observations of Ninja’s impact.

“It’s tough to articulate the positivity that the Ninja Installation brings to agents and their businesses. When I first facilitated a Ninja Installation back in 2015, I didn’t understand what to expect or the impact. Then, as I audited and learned, I could see how the principles of the Ninja teachings can build a successful foundation for real estate agents in their business sense and their mindset.

My next experience was in 2019, this time with the Sotheby’s International Realty® brand. And, after a full year, our firm’s attendees saw an increase in production of over 30%, which given the tough market conditions was nothing short of amazing and a strong testament to the power of Ninja. Following that incredible transformation, and nearly half a decade later, a majority of those participants continue to be top producers within our brokerage!

What’s great about a training program, such as Ninja, is it teaches brokers about their clients and methods to better their business in addition to how to apply it to their daily lives. As a licensed real estate instructor, it has taught me how to better my teachings. These are fundamental processes that I apply to my current position and professional life. The greatest takeaway I was able to learn in 2022 from their Ninja leadership session was how to help ingrain the Ninja sense into RSIR.

It was a joy to be a part of the collaboration and see relationships develop–ones that will undoubtedly lead to increased business.
