Changing The Real Estate Conversation: RSIR Celebrates New Bellevue Space

By Alyssa Morrison |

As Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) approaches its 10th Anniversary, it also prepares to open its doors to a new concept in the real estate space: a brand new office that acts in concert with a premier retail and restaurant space in downtown Bellevue.

When you walk into the RSIR Bellevue Branch, you’ll experience a one-of-a-kind feeling, greeted by RSIR’s talented Broker Care team, or head straight into the B-Bar for a café bite or a full dining experience. The space will flow seamlessly between the two, offering a feeling different from walking into any other real estate office.

When you walk in, the entry flow seamlessly between the B-Bar café and restaurant and real estate branch.

Open to brokers, their clients, and the community, and operated by Joe Vilardi of the Bis on Main restaurant next door, the B-Bar will be a daytime café and coffee bar and evolve into a cocktail lounge and piano bar with a full menu for dining each evening.

“The B-Bar will help expand (Bis on Main’s) popular happy hour scene with live music and cater to the rising demand for private dining and events,” said Vilardi. “Old Main Street has been waiting for a concept like this.”

The B-Bar will create space for conversations between RSIR brokers and their clients as well as for downtown Bellevue business owners and the community. “We have curated unique retail experiences knowing that real estate opportunities happen within environments where brokers and clients want to gather,” said Stacy Jones, RSIR Chief People Officer and Owner.

The 3,200 square feet building will offer co-working spaces. Here, RSIR’s growing group of 240+ talented real estate agents can host clients to discuss their plans for their listing, customized marketing plans, and PR opportunities. This space offers the opportunity for brokers to collaborate, reviewing market trends or how to best leverage their hyper-local knowledge and global reach. And in the winter, the fireside offers these same collaborations but at the comfort of sitting by the fireplace.

Co-working spaces will be a part of the collaborative meeting environments special to RSIR’s new Bellevue Regional Branch Office.

Beautiful and private conference and meeting rooms will be available for brokers to reserve. Whether meeting with their clients or their business teams, state-of-the-art technology will allow them to share and focus on large projects and listings alike. This is where the conversations that started in the B-Bar or in the co-working spaces become plans of action.

“We look forward to serving the greater Eastside from this unique venue on Old Main Street,” said Dean Jones, RSIR President and CEO. “I want to congratulate our existing and newly welcomed brokers and employees who eagerly awaited the opportunity to establish business operations in the heart of Bellevue.”

On Tuesday, December 10, brokers and their clients, along with the downtown Bellevue business community are invited to explore the space, see up-close renderings of the scheduled renovations, and enjoy bites and beverages from B-Bar at a special event from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Founding Members received a preview last month and toasted the new and unique opportunities created by working in the heart of this vibrant and special community.

“I credit our growth to associating with the finest brokers, employees, and executives in the industry—we keep good company,” said Stacy Jones.

This week, several Founding Members gathered as façade of the Old Main Street building started to take shape as Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. Sotheby’s International Realty® COO Julie Leonhardt LaTorre was on-hand to share her support of the network’s growth and the importance of a home base for the brand in a growing, global city like Bellevue.
