On Friday, May 7th, more than a dozen representatives of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) joined an estimated 1,200 event supporters at the Bellevue Schools Foundation’s annual luncheon held at the Bellevue Hyatt Hotel. As the Founding Member Firm for the Honor Roll Realtors® program, RSIR was a featured exhibitor showcasing property listings, recent publications including the Q1-2016 Market Report, the all-Mandarin Seattle Luxury Living Magazine and the exclusive Collection Magazine.

“We are proud to be the Founding Member Firm for the Honor Roll Realtors® program and to support the Bellevue School Foundation,” said Stacy Jones, Vice President and Owner of RSIR. “We are also pleased to acknowledge our founding committee sponsor brokers that matched the commitment to become a significant sponsor of the program.”

Jones thanks Cindy Paur, Becky Gray, Mary Nelson, Kathy Madsen as well as Mary Norris & Paige Norris Fujii – leading real estate professionals each sponsoring brokers and leading real estate professionals on the Eastside.

Additionally, the Executive Committee was joined by Eastside guest brokers Maja Butler, Marie Abbruzza, Anne Morisseau, Ev Winningham and Anastasia Miles as well as Dean Jones, President & CEO of RSIR and Andrea Savage, Vice President of Marketing for RSIR.

Among the pop up exhibit created in the foyer was information on NEXUS, an exciting new high-tech high-rise condominium tower that will soon rise in the Regrade neighborhood of downtown Seattle. As it turned out, the showcase was immediately adjacent the robot exhibit staffed by Bellevue students.

“These Bellevue students are our future,” adds Dean Jones, President & CEO of RSIR.  “It was so impressive to see the massive outpouring of support from the local community, regional companies and our brokers alike.”

Jones was quick to acknowledge that Bellevue’s schools are among the top reasons the region is the most sought after housing market, which is evidenced by West Bellevue’s median home prices that topped $1.8 million in Q1-2016 – an increase of 5% year-over-year. East Bellevue posted median home prices of $706,000.

In a toast to the foundation, RSIR shared information on the fine wines and music pairings offered at Maison DeLille – a boutique wine lounge operated by renowned winemakers DeLille Cellars.
