Executives of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR) announced today Craig Gaudry, a local real estate veteran with more than thirty years of experience, has joined the world-wide network as a Senior Global Real Estate Advisor. Operating as Gaudry & Associates under the Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty brand, the collective will soon open a new branch annex at 826 6th Street South in Kirkland, WA. The brand affiliation will help Gaudry & Associates expand its resale operations with new broker team members as well as explore business verticals in new developments, commercial properties, destination markets and with RSIR’s Asia Services Group.
