Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty Earns Silver In The Seattle Times’ 2026 “Best In The PNW” Awards

By RSIR Staff |

SEATTLE, WA — September 21, 2026 — Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty (RSIR), Washington’s largest Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate, announced today that it has earned the Silver Award for “Best Luxury Real Estate Company” in The Seattle Times’ 2026 Best in the PNW People’s Choice Awards.

Determined by public voting, the annual Best in the PNW program celebrates businesses and organizations that have earned the confidence and support of consumers throughout the Pacific Northwest. The 2026 honor marks the second consecutive year RSIR has been recognized in The Seattle Times’ Best in the PNW awards, reinforcing the brokerage’s growing presence and consumer recognition across the region.

“We are deeply grateful to the readers and voters of The Seattle Times, and we congratulate all of this year’s nominees and winners,” said Dean Jones, President and CEO of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty. “This recognition belongs to our entire RSIR collective, which now comprises approximately 370 Global Real Estate Advisors and nearly 50 employees and contractors. Every day, this extraordinary group brings talent, creativity, collaboration and an unwavering commitment to our clients and communities. They continue to define benchmark results while elevating what luxury real estate service can and should be.”

The recognition arrives during a milestone year for RSIR. Following the September 2026 merger and consolidation of Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty into RSIR, the expanded brokerage now operates nine regional branch offices with an increasingly comprehensive footprint throughout the greater Puget Sound region.

According to company research utilizing Northwest Multiple Listing Service data, RSIR continues to distinguish itself among the region’s ten largest residential real estate brands through the highest average sales prices on both the listing and buyer sides of transactions, the greatest average inventory values, and among the highest productivity levels on a per-agent basis. These benchmarks reflect a business model intentionally focused on advisor productivity, sophisticated marketing and client experience rather than scale alone.

The award also coincides with the arrival of Scott Hannaman as Vice President of Brand & Marketing, who joined RSIR in September following more than a decade of progressive creative and marketing leadership within the Pacific Northwest real estate industry.

“What an extraordinary way to begin my first chapter at RSIR,” said Hannaman. “I had the privilege of accepting this recognition on behalf of my new brokerage alongside my longtime colleague Ryan Ackley, representing a creative and marketing team whose talent and commitment are evident throughout this company. I’ve spent my career believing that exceptional real estate marketing is about much more than promoting a property; it’s about creating an experience, building an emotional connection and helping extraordinary advisors tell meaningful stories. At RSIR, we believe luxury is an experience, not a price point, and this recognition speaks to a culture that puts that philosophy into practice every day.”

Jones said the award is particularly meaningful because it was determined by consumers.

“Industry statistics tell us how we perform, but recognition from the public tells us how the experience resonates,” added Jones. “We’re proud to lead luxury by many of the benchmarks we measure, but our greatest accomplishment is earning trust, one client, one property and one relationship at a time. To receive this recognition for a second consecutive year is both humbling and motivating. We thank our brokers, employees, contractors, clients, partners and communities for the company we keep.”

Leading Luxury—By the Numbers

RSIR entered the second half of 2026 having surpassed $1 billion in year-to-date closed sales volume while simultaneously representing more than $1 billion in active listing inventory. Independent Trendgraphix research based on NWMLS data has documented the brokerage’s outsized performance in average transaction values and per-agent productivity relative to many of the region’s largest residential real estate brands.

The September consolidation with Marketplace Sotheby’s International Realty further expanded the organization across the Eastside and into Snohomish County, creating the largest Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate in Washington and accounting for approximately 80 percent of the brand’s NWMLS sales volume.

The company views the 2026 Best in the PNW Silver Award as another affirmation of the people behind those results, and of an approach to luxury representation that extends across property types and price points.
