About Me
Kelly Mann believes that place matters, and someone’s decision about where they live fundamentally shapes the rest of their life. As a Global Real Estate Advisor at Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty, Kelly Mann enables her clients to find their place and fulfill their vision for how they want to live. She’s passionate about bringing together talented teams of professionals to catalyze more positive development across the region—the kind of development that creates community and a sense of place. An excellent communicator, Kelly gets to the bottom of what her clients truly want out of a transaction, identifying their concerns, goals, and expectations to provide them with what they want and deserve. With clarity about their ideal lifestyle, she’s able to pinpoint what micro-neighborhoods and specific places can fulfill that vision. Kelly received her B.A. in Anthropology from Johns Hopkins University and her J.D. with a specialization in international law from Cornell Law School. She also holds a certificate in commercial real estate from the University of Washington. Kelly’s hybrid commercial and residential advisory work and education builds on more than 20 years in real estate: representing developers as a land use lawyer and tracking development trends and consumer preferences as the inaugural executive director for a real estate think tank. In her 15 years with the Urban Land Institute for cities and institutions across Washington, Oregon, and Alaska, she brought together property owners, developers, and architects to increase urban development and build thriving communities. With her history in real estate law, she’s able to tap into her negotiation skills and land use and entitlement knowledge to achieve superior results for her buyers, sellers, and developer clients. Aligning with RSIR is an exciting step in Kelly’s career as she joins an incredible global network of SIR brokers. Utilizing the brand’s international connections makes perfect sense for Kelly, as she’s lived abroad in Spain and Ireland for periods of her life. From her firsthand experience, Kelly understands the importance, challenges, and fulfillment that come with an international move, employing her coordination skills, attention to detail, and worldwide resources to guide her clients. She provides unbiased and pragmatic advice to analyze the best options for her clients’ specific situations and goals. Above all, Kelly is a careful listener, with analytical rigor and razor-sharp negotiation skills. During a period of uncertainty in the market, it’s more important now than ever to have a trusted advisor and advocate in your corner.
